Marinade Shrimps



INGREDIENTS:

1/2 kg large shrimps, shelled and deveined
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor, Barbecue
3 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp minced garlic
4 tsp chopped ginger
2 tsp MAGGI Chili Sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Rinse and drain shrimps.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Marinate shrimps for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Arrange the shrimp 3 to 4 pieces to skewer. Brush the shrimps generously with the marinade.
4. Grill the shrimps over medium heat on a lightly oiled grill grid about 3 minutes per side or until the shrimps are opaque and pink, while brushing with the marinade.
